I am excited to get to my gardening this year. Every spring I get the gardening fever and then when the hot/humid days of summer come I lose interest. This year I treated myself to a new lilac bush for the garden. I brought it home and promptly cut all the blooms off and put them in a jar... we have been getting very very cold weather so I needed to savor the blooms.

and these pretty little posies I stopped and picked along side the road... they are wild sweet william. love purpley blue flowers.
