Busy fluffing my nest over here...
I think spring has finally arrived here in PA. Have you noticed the birds are going crazy in the mornings?? I love hearing them. They are busy fluffing their nests too I think. Spring does that to all of us I guess.
I have so many projects going on right now I don't even know what to do with myself. haha... I painted my fireplace last weekend which was a HUGE job, also my husband took me this weekend to get NEW living room furniture! I am so excited about that because I have been wanting new living room furniture for about 2 years now. ;))
When you get new furniture does it take you a while to get used to it? Well, the couch is WHITE... I think I might have just lost my mind buying a white couch but it is slipcovered so atleast I can wash it. We will see how this goes... I will show you some photos sometime this week.
Just wanted to show you this pretty lamp that is making me happy today. I was so lucky to find this beautious alabaster lamp for a very reasonable price. I bought the pretty ruffled shade awhile back from Holly's shop. I love it here on my table.
So anyway, I just wanted to pop in and say hello. I love this time of year when people are cleaning their yards and kids are playing outside again. Everyone seems so busy and happy to be out of the house enjoying the weather. Tomorrow I am going to clean my patio furniture and get that all organized as long as it doesn't rain.
