So on my way to Silver Bella, Natasha and I flew into Kansas City airport to stay the night with Karla of Karla's Cottage, then we all traveled together to Silver Bella. Can I just say WOW.... this lady is just so gracious, so warmhearted and truly made us feel so welcome. From the moment I walked in I was just in AWE of her beautiful home. You will be able to tell how much in awe I was after you see how many photos this blog post has! haha
So to you Karla, I just can't tell you how much I enjoyed seeing you again and getting to know you better, wandering around your gorgeous~warm~inviting home, meeting your awesome family and just spending time laughing and enjoying life a little. It is a trip I will never forget. Thanks for making it "extra" special. ;))
So I am going to be short with words here because I have SO many gorgoeus photos of Karla's home.... I had more that I EDITED out because there were too many! haha... but these are my favorites that I just couldn't leave out.... grab a cup of something warm and enjoy.
(Karla I snagged this photo from your blog because my photo of your dining room didn't turn out so good...)
If you look closely on the stove, you can see the muffins Karla made us the morning I left for the airport to go home.... such a sweetie she is.
The rest of these photos below are of her gorgeous studio...
Wow huh???? It is so hard to capture it all in photos... every where you turn is something beautiful. The one thing I most noticed is that every tiny corner has a little fairy or vine painted or some subtle little touch that just adds such a lovely touch of romantic whimsy. Karla has such an eye for detail and such a beautiful warm home. I just LOVED everything and Natasha and I could have spent weeks roaming around..haha! So I hope you enjoyed the photos of Karla's pretty house as much as I enjoyed seeing it.
xoxo Heather
