Felt Flowers~ An Online Tutorial

 

 

Hello there bloggers~ I hope you had a wonderful Christmas season! I am starting the new year off with a new online tutorial making these gorgeous felt flowers. I have literally been making millions of things with them. I LUV all of the fabric flowers that in style right now from fashion to home decor.

If you have been wanting to try felt flowers but aren't sure where to start... I will share all of my little tips and tricks with you that i learned along the way, step by step with detailed photographs on how to create these gorgeous felt roses (that are no sew!)  along with several other types of felt flowers so that you can whip up beautiful projects for yourself, your home... or for a special gift. How pretty would these roses be for a wedding and for only the cost of felt?

Christmas Crafting

 

Hello bloggers!! Hope you are enjoying this Christmas season so far... just stopping by to post a few creations I made this year to make my house feel a little more Christmas~y.

 

I have been wanting to make one of these felt flower wreaths for years.... I like the all white theme and it will be nice to have hanging around during the winter months too. I have this hanging on my bedroom door. :)

 

These are just a few little cones I made from sheet music...

 

 

 

made a few ornaments..

 

 

I made these by using old cabinet card photographs that had ugly man photos... and just glued a prettier image on top... added a little glitter and a hanger and there you have it. The cabinet card gives it a nice sturdy base.

 

This is a little banner I made... the idea came from one that Pam Garrison made years ago and I have always wanted to try one. Mine is definately not as pretty as hers... but it was fun to make.

 

 

It is always fun bringing out the vintage ornaments every year.

 

I made this wreath last year... was excited to pull it out of the box this year. It will be my first Christmas in my new house... it is kindof soothing to surround myself with things that I have hand made.

 A few months ago I moved into a new house. It is a cute little house with a sweet front porch that I love to watch the sunset from....

It has old squeaky steps... and a beautiful big old tree in the backyard that I love.

The most precious thing that this sweet old house has are the ones that I love inside.  No matter how big they grow they will always be the ones that make my house a home... and bring so much joy and love to my life.

Hi there bloggers.. ;) Long time no see. It has been a crazy few months for me. I finally have been feeling a little like my old self and created a few pieces of jewelry this past weekend.
